Who is on your side? |
|
|
What do you see when you look at this black and white picture?
Some people would say ... "A guy playing a saxophone".
Others would say ... "A woman's face".
It's really a matter of perspective. And perspective is what most of us need when buying a home.
When you are the Seller:
When you are the Buyer: You want someone to help you purchase a home at the best price. You want to know if there are any potential problems, whether they be structural, or potential difficulties in possible resale value.
The same picture with two different types of people, two different needs, two different perspectives.
Since this site is dedicated to the Buyer, we want the focus to be on You and your particular set of needs.
Why do so many people look at real estate agents the same way they do as used car salesmen?
Well, from what we've been told through the years, it's because they feel
like someone is trying to sell them something. To be honest, most of the time that's true. The sales person tries
to sell what they have in inventory. Unfortunately, real estate can be like
that too. Think about it ... most of the industry is set up to help
the Seller sell his or her home. The Buyer? They kind of come in
second place behind the needs of the Seller.
Our Real Estate Company
Has Never Sold a Home
That might sound a little crazy to most people.
Because having no properties to sell removes the potential
conflict of interest that is built into Most real estate agents, and their companies, have their major allegiance to the Seller. When it gets down to negotiation time and problems arise, many buyers are not sure who their agent is really working for.
Who's Working for Me?
Can one agent really work for the buyer and the seller at the same time?
Since we have no homes to sell you, we can provide you with a more objective view and opinion of potential homes.
